THEE Recruitment provides accredited training along with the recruitment of staff.

THEE Recruitment has an agreement with an established rail and agricultural RTO which allows THEE Recruitment Specialists to train new and existing employees to meet THEE Group and their client’s expectations.

Training is conducted in-house at THEE Group training facility located in Slacks Creek - Brisbane - QLD, Gracemere - Rockhampton - QLD, Rutherford - Newcastle - NSW.

Candidate profiling.

THEE Recruitment has an agreement with an established rail and agricultural RTO which allows THEE Recruitment Specialists to train new and existing employees to meet THEE Group and their client’s expectations.

Recruitment.

We utilise our extensive network including Job Active and other agencies, as well as our own Indigenous community networks to source jobseekers that meet the requirements of the positions within THEE Group.

Candidate screening.

We complete an initial assessment to evaluate that the jobseekers meets client expectations, specifically regarding skill level, aptitude and aspirations.

Pre-employment programs.

We have experience in designing and delivering successful pre-employment programs for specific industry areas, tailored to the client.

Elements include sessions that:

  • Assist job seekers to become work ready
  • Address the prerequisite workplace requirements in terms of skill and behaviour
  • Identify and address any potential and existing barriers to successful workplace participation
  • Involve blended learning, face-to-face and online training courses.
  • Provide real workplace experience

Training.

Aligning with industry leading rail, safety, leadership and agricultural RTO’s, we train new and existing staff utilising our experienced Cert IV trainers with years of industry experience.

On boarding.

Job seekers will be supported through the business’s induction process, addressing organisation policies, procedures, systems and technology. Cultural competency training and workplace culture awareness is provided to all employees.

Mentoring program.

We provide Indigenous mentor support for all new employee’s and work closely with our employee’s and with management to troubleshoot issues arising that impact on workplace engagement and productivity.
